Download SelExL Windows GUI trial version (this includes the command line version for Windows):

SelExL GUI version 1.2.0 for Oracle 8i
SelExL GUI version 1.2.0 for Oracle 9i and 10g

This trial version of SelExL is a fully functioning copy of SelExL limited only in the number of tables it can extract and load, 20, and duration, 30 days. (If you require to extract and load more than 20 tables as part of your evaluation of SelExL then please contact Christallize.)
